The Ecstatic Embodiment Experience will be offered in an 8 week series mini workshops transmissions that will connect you and support you in achieving your wildest dreams.

The sessions will be intimate, sensual, flavorful, emotional, fun, deep and healing.

There will be a support and integration period between each class in which you will be sent home with at home processes to help keep you on your path during the week.

During the Sacred Wisdoms: Kundalini Dance and Ecstatic Breathwork Base Chakra Alchemy workshop in January, we focused on creating stability in our lives by using practices to develop radical self and tribal acceptance within our group. We worked with the foundation of who we are, allowing ourselves to be seen; we comforted and supported our inner child, and we felt the interconnection of our Oneness. Many of us have been taught that our sexual desires are not pure and of god’s essence. We learned through religion, society, or our relatives that we and our bodies are dirty, bad, and sinful for just being and feeling a certain way…but in all actuality these feeling are completely natural. Filled with guilt and shame for seeking pleasure; the sacral (or sex) Chakra can become blocked instead of bathing us in its divine waters. Lacking flow, we may try to control and suppress our cravings for sensual touch and intimacy or maybe in excess we have gone to the extreme in the other direction, not having any self control and over indulging in physical pleasure cravings – food, sugar, sex, drugs, chocolate, alcohol, etc. The Sex Chakra often offers us the opportunity to lessen our “control issues” and find a balance in our lives.

Do you want to heal past wounds and disappointments? The Cultivating Tantric Self Love Ecstatic Breathwork and Kundalini Dance workshop is a safe space to feel what emotions are stored in body, mind, and spirit. With the continued practice of Kundalini Dance and Ecstatic Breathwork we develop tools that will transmute these feelings into the fertilizer that is needed to feed our creative seeds, which are waiting to be nourished. This is our initiation into the mastery of emotion. The journey is about exploring all aspects of who you are and the opportunity to get to know yourself on the most intimate and deep levels. As we cultivate the energies of our lower Chakras, we will work with polarities (yin and yang, light and dark, essence and shadow, feminine and masculine) to generate health and harmony within. In this Sacral Alchemy workshop we have an opportunity to develop emotional intelligence in our inner relationship with self and in our external relationships with others.

 

Bridging our sacral energy to our hearts, we open the gateway to ecstatic states of bliss. We awaken to the profound knowing of the source of love that resides within us and teaches us to connect with others in a beautiful, sensual, and loving way. We will be celebrating creativity, sexuality, and love in all its forms as we dance, breathe, and connect to our inner selves and celebrate our own individual unique beauty. This will be a juicy day filled with liquid connection, compassion and creativity. We hope to see you there.

The group Ecstatic Breathwork session is a very powerful way to move energy. You will get individual attention, but the support of the group as a whole. I have found that during the group Breathwork sessions, an individual is so much more comfortable to go deeper, due to the collective of everyone working on the same area together.

Whether its for Massage, Shamanic Healing, Breathwork, or whatever Creating Sacred Space is recommended for everybody. You don’t have to do it like me. But what you should remember is that it is all about your intention, your conscious focus.

Creating Sacred Space is a very important intentional practice that I use in my healing space for Massage, Shamanic Healing and Breathwork sessions. During these appointments, very deep release may take place within the clients.  Whether it is physically, emotionally or spiritually, I feel it is very important to keep the integrity of the space strong.

Creating Sacred Space for Massage, Shamanic Healing and Breathwork creates a safe environment for the client where they feel comfortable to let go and heal.

It represents a safe haven, a place where they can step away from their regular everyday lives and create deep shifts within themselves. It would not necessarily be anything that you would outwardly notice within a room, but more of a feeling or a sense.

Before I begin any type of healing session, whether it be Massage, Shamanic Healing or Breathwork, I drop into my Priestess/Healer/Guide. I call in my highest self, healing guides and ascended masters to be present.  I then play my Sacred Medicine Drum to get into altered Shamanic states and align with the Mother Earth energy. My intentions of the healing journey are set, and I ask for any guidance to flow through me as a clear channel.

When I am Creating Sacred Space, I begin by burning Sage, Cedar or other herbs to clear any unwanted or left over energies and I ask that the space be blessed. I call in the four directions of North, South, East and West and the highest healing guides of the receiver. Next, I install energetic grids in the room that protect me and my client from taking any unwanted energies home with them. I build an altar that represents an offering of my intention as a guide to help the receiver drop into their authentic selves.

Through the years that I have developed my way of setting Sacred Space, I notice that I do this through having a strong conscious intention of what I want. The quality and focus of the Intentions are the foundation, because without a conscious focus, the desired outcome of a session is not likely. Thoughts, energies, block and fears, whether they be mine or a client, may get in the way of a safe space to transform and heal, and also may put myself and the client in danger of taking negative energies on.

Besides creating Sacred Space in my Massage office, Event Space or Shamanic healing area, I make sure that my home is also cleansed and regularly set.   I always have an altar where I play my drum and where I set my own personal intentions for the day.  I also try to maintain my clutter levels by donating items that I no longer use and burn sage daily to make sure the energy stays balanced and calm in my surroundings.

You don’t have to be a Massage Therapist, Shamanic Healing Healer or Breathwork Facilitator to dive into setting up your own personal Sanctuary.Your strong intention of what you want is a great start. The term “Whole”- istic refers to you as a “Whole” person; and “Wholistic Health” reflects the Mental, Physical, Spiritual, and Emotional factors that are integrated to create balance and health in your life.  In the modern world of today, you go to the doctor when you are sick, and they will prescribe you a “medicine” and when you take that medicine, your symptoms go away. Even though you feel better for the time being, what you are doing is only working on the symptom, and that does not help you in the long run.

I am not knocking Western Medicine.  We have come a long way, especially in the way of treating acute injuries or immediate trauma, like getting into a car accident or breaking your leg.  But for more chronic illnesses, like Cancer, Bronchitis, Fibromyalgia or  Chronic Fatigue Syndrome the physical symptom is often a sign of a something much, much deeper that needs to be addressed.

For example, say you are a person who suffers from chronic headaches.  You go to the doctor’s office for these headaches and the doctor prescribes you pain killers for pain relief.  You go home and begin to treat yourself to an pill or two every time you have a headache.  You may be treating the pain, but you are still getting the headaches and taking medications, which can suppress your immune system and impair your own bodies ability to heal itself.

What if I told you that you that you could be pain free without popping any pills?

A Wholistic Health Practitioner can offer you a Personalized Wellness Program which will include but definitely not limited to: Massage Therapy, Bodywork, Nutrition, Exercise, and Meditation Practices.

Practitioners may also combine Detoxification, Breathwork and other alternative healing therapies to assist clients in creating optimal health. Most Wholistic Health Practitioners will offer a variety of their own specialties, as we all have our different callings to help others.

So, if you came to me for your Headaches, we would tailor a session distinctly for your needs.  I would check in with you about your diet and water intake. We would find the trigger and stressors so we can knock them out.  If it is diet, then we will tailor a cleanse or eliminate certain foods for awhile.  If it is from your tense shoulders, we will give you a head neck and shoulders massage, maybe some deep tissue in your trapezius muscles to loosen up your back and neck.  And if it is due to too much stress, we may use breathing and visualization techniques during our session.

What is most important to me, is that you leave with the tools to get rid of these headaches.

This is just a small example of what a WHP can help you with.
