During the Sacred Wisdoms: Kundalini Dance and Ecstatic Breathwork Base Chakra Alchemy workshop in January, we focused on creating stability in our lives by using practices to develop radical self and tribal acceptance within our group. We worked with the foundation of who we are, allowing ourselves to be seen; we comforted and supported our inner child, and we felt the interconnection of our Oneness. It was an amazing experience and we thank all of you who traveled with us.
Now it’s time to navigate the flowing watery realms of our emotions, creativity, sensuality, and sexuality, as we move into the portal our Sacral Sex Chakra. On February 13th, 2011, we invite you to participate in our ecstatic workshop, to explore the sacred alchemical tantric union and creative essence of the divine feminine and divine masculine.

Many of us have been taught that our sexual desires are not pure and of god’s essence. We learned through religion, society, or our relatives that we and our bodies are dirty, bad, and sinful for just being and feeling a certain way…but in all actuality these feeling are completely natural. Filled with guilt and shame for seeking pleasure; the sacral (or sex) Chakra can become blocked instead of bathing us in its divine waters. Lacking flow, we may try to control and suppress our cravings for sensual touch and intimacy or maybe in excess we have gone to the extreme in the other direction, not having any self control and over indulging in physical pleasure cravings – food, sugar, sex, drugs, chocolate, alcohol, etc. The Sex Chakra often offers us the opportunity to lessen our “control issues” and find a balance in our lives.

Do you want to heal past wounds and disappointments? The Cultivating Tantric Self Love Ecstatic Breathwork and Kundalini Dance workshop is a safe space to feel what emotions are stored in body, mind, and spirit. With the continued practice of Kundalini Dance and Ecstatic Breathwork we develop tools that will transmute these feelings into the fertilizer that is needed to feed our creative seeds, which are waiting to be nourished. This is our initiation into the mastery of emotion. The journey is about exploring all aspects of who you are and the opportunity to get to know yourself on the most intimate and deep levels. As we cultivate the energies of our lower Chakras, we will work with polarities (yin and yang, light and dark, essence and shadow, feminine and masculine) to generate health and harmony within. In this Sacral Alchemy workshop we have an opportunity to develop emotional intelligence in our inner relationship with self and in our external relationships with others.
Bridging our sacral energy to our hearts, we open the gateway to ecstatic states of bliss. We awaken to the profound knowing of the source of love that resides within us and teaches us to connect with others in a beautiful, sensual, and loving way. We will be celebrating creativity, sexuality, and love in all its forms as we dance, breathe, and connect to our inner selves and celebrate our own individual unique beauty. This will be a juicy day filled with liquid connection, compassion and creativity. We hope to see you there.

About Group Ecstatic Breathwork Sessions
Ecstatic Breathwork
Leah Rose Duke will be channeling the Ecstatic Breathwork portion of the day as well as creating a safe sacred container to allow yourself to drop in. Come experience this deep connection as we merge together Kundalini Dance and Ecstatic Breathwork in this fabulous day long workshop.
The group Ecstatic Breathwork session is a very powerful way to move energy. You will get individual attention, but the support of the group as a whole. I have found that during the group Breathwork sessions, an individual is so much more comfortable to go deeper, due to the collective of everyone working on the same area together.
