Esalen
Esalen massage releases tension and induces deep relaxation using long flowing strokes combined with stretching to integrate your whole body. It is the perfect remedy for stress-induced tension. An Esalen massage would be perfect for you if you are feeling tired, fatigued or energetically low and needed a quick pick me up. I was trained in Esalen Massage in 2005 by Arthur Munyer at the Body Therapy Center in Palo Alto.
Deep Tissue/Point Work
Deep Tissue massage is the application of slow, strong and deep pressure with focus on specific areas of your body. Deep tissue massage improves circulation and diminishes the blockages which lead to pain, illness and injury as a result from intense stress and physical activity. Deep Tissue come naturally to me, as I can feel where it is in your body that needs very deep touch. I usually do not offer full body deep tissue, because deep tissue can actually traumatize your tissues, but where it is needed, I will know.
Polarity Therapy

You have 7 major energy centers located in your body that hold vital information to your self healing process. Balancing your chakras will help you to work through your emotional/physical/mental and spiritual blocks, bringing an even flow to your energy centers. This session uses breath, guided imagery and integrated touch.
Pregnancy Massage
A highly-specialized face-up and side-lying, appropriately bolstered massage therapy to relax and counteract the altered biomechanics of pregnancy.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a delicate form of massage that stimulates the body’s lymphatic system, improving metabolism, helping the body to eliminate waste and toxins and providing a boost to the immune system. The perfect compliment to a cleanse.
