We do a form of breathwork called Transformational Breathing and do group workshops as well. We have to agree with Leah that there is nothing like the power of a group session. The energy is definitely different, more powerful and the expereinces are often more profound. When two or more are gathered in common intention the energy is multiplied geometrically.
Thanks for the great work you do Leah.
Hi Dave, Yes I have heard of Transformational Breathing. I hope to try it one day! It is my experience with breath is that when you use it consciously, it is all transformational! Thanks for your compliment. With Love, Leah
